Firstly my apologies for the delay in sending this card. Thank you so much for your recent letter and our beautiful mum Diana's named Sue. It is such a thoughtful gesture and touched our hearts.

The Angels made such a lasting impression on our family, even though our interaction was short in time period, it was significant for us. The Angels were all so caring and beautiful and I really appreciated your time and efforts to support us Sharon. I know that if our mum had been with us through her recent illness for longer, we would've treasured and valued the Angels input and their significant role in our lives to assist our mum.

Please know that mum passed peacefully, wholly on her terms and with her three beloved children holding her hands and her heart.
